AMTELCO’s Intelligent Series Provides Return Caller Message Fill In

McFarland, WI - January 2007 - AMTELCO’s Infinity Intelligent Messaging uses AMTELCO’s patent-pending Dynamic Linking method to provide Return Caller Message Fill In capabilities for busy operators.
The Return Caller Message Fill In feature reduces labor costs and reduces call-handling time by automatically providing operators with information about callers who have called in the past.
A component of the Infinity Intelligent Series, Intelligent Messaging uses call scripts to lead operators through calls and to ensure that the correct information is solicited during every call. Call and caller information is stored in a Microsoft® SQL database and is immediately accessible for future use.
The Return Caller Message Fill In capability can use the call ANI to perform a keyword search to retrieve information from previous calls and present it to operators as soon as they answer calls. Or searches can be conducted using other keys, such as names and postal codes that operators insert into message forms after answering calls. When messaging sessions are completed, call and caller information in the SQL database can be automatically updated from the new message.
AMTELCO’s Dynamic Linking eliminates the need for operators to manually search directory listings, on-call schedules, and other sources of client information, during call handling.
